The first step to beginning a fitness program is to determine your level of fitness and set the goals you are going to achieve. A fitness evaluation tests your percentage of body fat, circumferences, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, flexibility, and cardiovascular strength and endurance.

The results compare you to others of your age and gender. We help to determine specific and realistic goals and rewards when those goals are achieved. We will honestly tell you how much time, dedication, and will-power it will take to accomplish your goals through a well-balanced nutrition, cardiovascular, strength and flexibility program.
