Youth Fitness

This program is designed for children ages 4 – 8. Kids get in shape by implementing agility drills, games, plyometric exercises, and strength training exercises that are fun and safe.

The classes will help them develop strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, good posture, coordination, self-esteem, healthy habits and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Every 12 week program will challenge the children to achieve a new goal (obstacle course, jump rope 50 times in a row, jog a few miles without stopping, Louisville Zoo Run, Triple Crown Races, Kids Triathlon).
