Mini Marathon Training

Make your New Year’s Resolution become a reality with the help of Personal Best Fitness.

Mini-Marathon Training program begins in early January. There will be a hands on seminar reviewing the importance of strength training, core stability, flexibility/yoga, proper nutrition and following the running periodization program to prevent injury and enhance success!

The mini marathon is for everyone who can put one foot in front of the other. All ages and levels of fitness are encouraged to participate in our comprehensive training program. There will be a walking group, walk/run group and a running group.
